and 150mm of concrete to dpm.
Foundations of a meter deep, 600mm wide with trench fill of concrete, brick work
and block work
allowing for 100mm cavity with telescopic air vents for suspended
floor. This allows for air flow under floor.
If air bricks are in existing building
it needs to be
piped and vented to the outside walls.
