Underpinning

Any building with subsidence needs to be underpinned. Excavation under building must be carried out in both inner and outer walls with a toe both sides. Excavation length must be no greater than 900mm. Before concreting there must be a 10mm steel rebar cage  4-6. 12mm rebar starter bars 5mm in and out of cage to take next section of underpinning.
